Why does it exist?
E-commerce teams start each morning in a similar loop. Customer segments get updated in Excel; because the Champions list isn't refreshed for weeks, ad campaigns keep going to a stale audience. On the category page, an out-of-stock product still sits at the top while the product that actually sells falls behind. In Meta product ads, sold-out sizes keep being shown; budget is spent on products that can't be sold. And in the ad panel, people jump between three separate tabs looking for the answer to "what should I focus on this week?"
We founded this to break that loop. Customer data, the product catalog, stock information and the ad panel are no longer in separate places; they're all in the same interface. The system scans every hour and lists concrete actions: "update the Champions segment to Meta", "pull product X back from the category", "remove the sold-out size from ads", "raise campaign Y's budget by 25 percent". The team approves, the system executes. If an unexpected outcome occurs, undoing it is also a single click.
The system was designed not for a single e-commerce platform but for all four with the same depth. Tsoft's order structure, Ticimax's campaign rules, Shopify's collection logic and ikas's category ranking each work differently; we learned the behavior unique to each and built a separate integration. The moment you connect, the data flows — no CSV uploads, no waiting for a morning sync.
